My wife and I recently purchased a house in Tikipunga, Whangarei. The early stages of the sale and purchase agreement were negotiated on our side from overseas. We then travelled to New Zealand to view the property and finalise the deal.
Nikki Tracey was the agent in charge of the sale and we have to say that we were both impressed with Nikkis handling of the sale and purchase process through-out. Nikki was efficient, professional and energetic, along with being very friendly and courteous. Her great communication skills made the whole experience a breeze and she was a real pleasure to work with.
After the deal had gone unconditional, Nikki then referred us toThe property management department was where we were teamed up with Jeanine Walters. Jeanine was also professional, energetic and great to work with. In no time at all, she had some prospective tenants lined up to rent the property, for immediately after the settlement date.
All in all, the experience was a whole heartedly pleasant one and we would not hesitate in recommending them to others or securing their services for ourselves again, if ever the need arises.
